Following initial implementation of a joint SAP/ERP software package, Sperian hopes to boost its information systems with a CRM application supporting all of its commercial and marketing business units in the EMEA zone.

The solution will result in:

Exens will develop a model and carry out implementation of the solution, while adhering to specific industry requirements.

 

Once the solution was selected, an initial pilot phase was successfully launched in July 2009, in Central Europe. SAP CRM is now in the process of deploying the solution within the remaining EMEA countries, a process which is expected to complete in May 2010.
