Bouygues Telecom commissioned Interakting for its technical and strategic marketing expertise to help optimise customer service using e-Commerce strategies.

Interakting successfully met Bouygues Telecom's demands:

• to assert their position as a top Internet Service Provider
• to interactively market "Bbox" by creating a personalised web portal
• to develop the portal as a means of communication.

A range of applications were developed on the innovative portal (weather, stock exchange, traffic updates, TV guides etc...) to enable subscribers to personalise their home page.

Interakting designed and implemented the desktop application that launches the "Bbox" portal, a Rich Internet Application (RIA), facilitating access to email, voice mail, and customer service resources.

The application was developed using Interakting's PHP Pelican framework and Adobe Flex applications.
