Revenue by geographical area

Business & Decision recorded revenue of €31.1m for the first quarter in France, representing growth of 2.6%, fully organic. This result comes despite a difficult economic environment with slower client decision-making cycles and significant pricing pressures.

International activities recorded revenue of €33.9m, a growth of 25.8% compared to 2008, at constant exchange rates, of which 17.9% is organic.

Revenue by service line

With 20% annual growth, Business Intelligence generated 64.4% of revenue for the first quarter of the 2009 financial year.

CRM recorded 8.2% growth which represented 22.4% of Q1 revenue.

E-business experienced 6.9% growth and represented 13.2% of the revenue for the first quarter of the 2009 financial year.

Outlook

Market conditions continue to offer low visibility for sales. Business & Decision remains focused on improving levels of profitability. The Group has strengthened its internal processes and controls and implemented necessary management tools to reflect the rapid growth to an international organisation exceeding 2,730 people.
